These are nearly vertical, alternating Eocene limestone, marl and sandy turbidite beds represent the Zumaya Section on Itzurun Beach on the Playa de San Telmo, Zumaia (Zumaya), Guipuzkoa, Basque Country, Spain (42˚18.00'N/2˚15.30'W).
The beds are between 20mm and 200mm thick.
